I try, as many others do, to find the optimal work-life balance. For me, helping others has been a guiding light in achieving this. That is why I have spent decades helping others improve their lives through volunteer work. It gives me great joy to share positivity with others.
Professionally, my aim is also to help others achieve success. I focus on digitising business processes and the transformation disciplines. As a consultant, I constantly sharpen my listening, communication and understanding abilities. The projects I lead it is about using my experience and impact to benefit the common goal.
