I live in a small city called Faaborg, in the western part of Denmark, with my wife Anni and our daughter Victoria.
My background is in IT operations focusing on information security and IT Service Management. Through my years of consulting, I have seen my fair share of good and bad examples of IT operations which have been very illuminating.
Today, I help organisations understand their risks and current safety level, enabling them to prioritise investments that can reduce the annual expected loss most efficient. Using proven methods and an analytical approach, I create continuous improvement.
